Returns Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy on most items. No returns or exchanges on personalized items or items marked Final Sale. You may return your new, unworn, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.

If you are returning an unwanted item (“Simply Changed Your Mind”) that is not Damaged or Defective. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.

If you are returning a Damaged or Defective or result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, etc.).Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.

Is The Item Damaged Or Defective?

If you have a damaged or defective item, whether it arrived damaged in shipping or if has a defect that was noticed after wearing, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to Support@AnoraJewelry.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For faster service please attach a photo(s) to your email showing the damage or defect(s) of the item.

Did you receive a different item than the one you ordered?

If you received a different item than the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team by emailing us at Support@AnoraJewelry.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For faster service please attach a photo(s) of the incorrect item(s) you received.

Submit A Return or Exchange

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refund Processing Time

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after your return has been received and proceeded through our return department, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We offer a 60-day warranty on this product against any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover lost or damaged items in shipping, batteries, and normal wear and tear. Extend it to 2 years from date of purchase by purchasing our Product Protection Plan.

By Default we offer a 60-day warranty replacement guarantee on this product against any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover lost or damaged items in shipping, batteries, and normal wear and tear.

Extended 2 Year Warranty Product Protection starts from date of initial purchase.

Protection Plan Coverage Includes:

Damaged pendant and/or chain

Stone replacement or fixes

Tarnished jewelry

Mechanical defects (watches only)

Includes one replacement/repair per item

Additional Terms:

Extended 2 Year Warranty Product Protection Plan includes one replacement/repair per item. If your product has any covered defects during the term please contact our customer support at Support@AnoraJewelry.com and we will gladly repair or replace the item (at our option). The damaged or defective item will need to be returned at the customer's or owner's expense before a replacement item is shipped or a repair is made. If the covered item is no longer available, we will replace the item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Lost or stolen items are not covered by the product protection plan.
